SHIPPING POLICY
We understand that shopping online can be a bit overwhelming, which is why we make every effort to ensure that your experience with us is as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. For paintings, we aim to deliver within 10 days throughout the EU, and for merchandise, we use a print on demand service called Printul, which may result in longer shipping times. If you have any questions regarding our shipping policies, please do not hesitate to contact us. We're here to help you with your order in any way we can.
SHIPPING POLICY
For paintings:
We aim to deliver within 10 days to addresses in Europe.
All deliveries are dispatched via a courier service. The delivery charge is calculated according to the product price. It will be added to the price at the Checkout. Deliveries above 6000 Kč are free of charge.
Standard delivery rate for paintings (if delivered to EU country) is 250 CZK.
Standard delivery fee for the rest of the world is 3000 Kč. But you can be contacted by the provider if the painting is delivered to remote locations. Then the standard shipping fee can increase. Customers will be contacted individually and will have the opportunity either to agree or cancel the order.
